Jessie Fletcher

Jessie Fletcher (Owner) is a 200 hr level instructor in Vinyasa and has trained in a variety of other disciplines including Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga. She bases her teachings on the belief that unlocking the energies within the body enables us to relax in day to day situations. She is trained to keep a safe environment for all who are involved. She is certified in senior and prenatal/post-partum classes. She has taught through one pregnancy and finds it easy to relate to the changes the body goes through.
